6c408b0c2e sdm845-common: Override AVB version in kernel cmdline 
* Fixes vintf vendor <> system mismatches, see:
  Runtime info <==> Framework Compatibility Matrix? 0, AVB version 1.0 does not match framework matrix 0.0
