dts : remove MMI_STOPSHIP comment

HW team confirm Denver should config NFC gpio7 to output-low .
it is a NFC clk req input gpio, and it connect to MGPI .
NFC request clk will cause a PMIC SPMI operation,But Denver no NFC,
this gpio is in float status w/o NFC ,
So HW team worry it will cause some stability unknown issues .
