[PATCH] mm/Kconfig: kill unused ARCH_FLATMEM_DISABLE

Browse source 
This used to be used to disable FLATMEM selection, but I decided to change it
to be done generically when DISCONTIG is enabled.  The option is unused, so
this kills it.
