msm: kgsl: Fix to record NR_KERNEL_MISC_RECLAIMABLE in page units

Currently NR_KERNEL_MISC_RECLAIMABLE is being updated with units of bytes.
Fix to correclty update NR_KERNEL_MISC_RECLAIMABLE using page units.
