defconfig: msm: Disable CONFIG_MSM_TZ_LOG from perf builds

Browse source 
DEBUGFS will be disabled on android R perf builds. Since tz logs
are dependent on debugfs, CONFIG_MSM_TZ_LOG needs to be removed
as well.
