dts/panel_djn: update the init code

Browse source 
Get Init code from vendor at 2020.10.29.
This init code will improve the below aspects:
1. fix the flicker issue when switch 60 and 90fps.
2. fix the backlight dimming issue.
Some code have been OTP to panel.Then these code
can not be otp,will be downloaded via init code.
