rcuperf: Remove conflicting Kconfig options

Browse source 
The TREE and TREE54 rcuperf scenarios' Kconfig fragment files specified
conflicting values for CONFIG_RCU_TRACE.  This commit therefore removes
the =n line in favor of the =y line.
