arm64/dts: overlay linein threshold for rhodec and rhodei

Browse source 
Qcom mbhc default linein threshold is 5000, but some AUX carkit speaker
impedance is not large than it, mbhc detects it as headphone, not use
LINE audio parameter, causes audio performance issue.
According to ST test result, overlay it as 4000 for rhodec & rhodei.
