kernel: remove reserved gpio45/46/56/57 from HLOS

Move SPI to GPIO from TZ to HLOS , refer to this change :

wt6670f irq pin use gpio56,
Display use gpio46 to enable VCI.
Charge use gpio45 , gpio57

so remove gpio45/46/56/57 reserved from HLOS
