kernel/config: Enable kernel configs for Android Enterprise

From Igor's review with Google, Google requires us to add the following
    kernel configs for customer build to enhance the security:

   CONFIG_SLUB_DEBUG=y
   # CONFIG_SLUB_DEBUG_ON is not set
   # CONFIG_SLUB_DEBUG_PANIC_ON is not set
   CONFIG_BUG_ON_DATA_CORRUPTION=y
   CONFIG_SCHED_STACK_END_CHECK=y
