wls-chg: change supplier to "battery"

For uevents will be send each power_supply_change()
function called. So if we use "bms" node to notify capacity
100%, it will sennd uevents just after "battery" node. And
as a result, there will be lots of uevents. It is not suitable.
So we change to "battery" node to notify wls-chg.
