arm/dts: rhpdep: remove unused hall sensor's dts

Browse source 
for rhode 5G+:
- remove unused hall sensor's dts config;
- rhodep-sensors.dtsi only for hall sensor,so delete it
- fixed the gpio confilict by hall's irq_pin for wt6670f reset pin.
