camera: EXPORT_SYMBOL cam_cci_get_subdev function

In kernel 5.4, camera driver would compile to camera.ko as GKI requirements,
and cci_intf driver need to call cam_cci_get_subdev function,
so export symbol cam_cci_get_subdev to it.
