qcacld-3.0: Remove typedef tSirWifiScanResultEvent

Change Ie6c4a9847f2daa9ba2aebd17f386d584201b86d6 ("qcacld-3.0: Remove
obsolete set/reset ssid hotlist") removed the usage of typedef
tSirWifiScanResultEvent. Since it is obsolete, remove it.
