dts/panel: enlarge "VBP + VSW" to avoid the issue of PFS

When "VBP+VSW" < 24 when FPS=60, (or   "VBP+VSW" < 36 when FPS=90)
Qcom code enable PFS(programmable_fetch_pulse) to prefill lines.
But now the issue has bug.
When 60fps -> 90fps, the display is abnormal(flicker)
