Subject: [PATCH] ARM: dts: msm: Update GPU speed bins for Shima

752MHz GPU Fmax speed bin is now replaced with 720MHz
GPU Fmax speed bin. Update the clock plan and speed
bin value to support 720MHz GPU Fmax.
