thermal: Include qcom thermal drivers for CONFIG_ARCH_QCOM

Browse source 
Include qcom thermal drivers when CONFIG_ARCH_QCOM is enabled instead of
CONFIG_QCOM_TSENS, which is associated with tsens sensor driver.
