libceph: rename ceph_osd_request::r_{oloc,oid} to r_base_{oloc,oid}

Browse source 
Rename ceph_osd_request::r_{oloc,oid} to r_base_{oloc,oid} before
introducing r_target_{oloc,oid} needed for redirects.
