Subsequently change "qcacld-3.0: Use mac_handle_t in wlan_hdd_he" transitioned wlan_hdd_he to use the new naming. But subsequently a new instance of the old naming was added by change "qcacld-3.0: separate HE caps per band" so replace that new instance.
