usb: gadget: uvc: Modify UVC_NUM_REQUESTS

Browse source 
Modify UVC_NUM_REQUESTS to resolve uvc drop frame problem.
Increase UVC_NUM_REQUESTS to 64 from 4 to prevent uvc drop
frame problem caused by unavailability of free UVC buffers,
ensuring smoother video playback.
