From 412ceb9fbf470b28613a38c8dfa61fa544896120 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Sourav Mohapatra Date: Wed, 7 Mar 2018 18:41:16 +0530 Subject: [PATCH] qcacld-3.0: Allow vendor command to run without interface up In the present scenario, the vendor command wlan_hdd_cfg80211_get_logger_supp_feature has the flag WIPHY_VENDOR_CMD_NEED_RUNNING set which requires the net device to be up and running for the API to work. This is not necessary as the command doesnot need the net dev to be active.
