qcacld-3.0: Remove WE_GET_STA_INFO_SIZE macro

Change I3a506905f40272efe472028391e8080d764cb390 ("qcacld-3.0: Use max
STA count when iterating SAP clients") removed the only reference to
macro WE_GET_STA_INFO_SIZE. Since it is unused, remove it.
