When interrupt comes, kernel need take 1500ms wakelock, make sure HAL can handle this interrupt. If CONDIF_HAS_WAKELOCK is not definded, __pm_wakeup_event is called. For this function, seconed parameter is msecs value, so do not translate this value by using msecs_to_jiffies.
