defconfig: lahaina: Enable DMA_CONFIGURE_ALIGNMENT

Browse source 
Enable support for configuring IOVA alignment since some IOMMU clients
don't require any IOVA alignment and therefore would benefit from the
reduced fragmentation that would result.
