Subject: [PATCH] ARM: dts: msm: Configure GPIO 60 and 61 to pull-up in sleep
 state

I2C GPIO 60 and 61 should be in pull-up in sleep state in lahaina to
prevent current leakage as the se instance has external pull-up from
client.
