Subject: [PATCH] qcacld-3.0: Disable LRO feature when linux kernel version <
 4.4

Currently kernel LRO API is only provided in version 4.4. There will
be compilation error if kernel version < 4.4. Add fix to disable
LRO feature when linux kernel version < 4.4.
