Subject: [PATCH] qcacld-3.0: Fix KW issue for unlock rx_hash_lock and
 initializing cap

Unlock variable 'pdev->rx_ring.rx_hash_lock.lock.spinlock' in htt_rx.c.
Initialize 'cap.cap_flag' in ol_fw.c.
