Revert "(CR): arm/dts: disable ICO for sc89890H"

Disable ICO will load to factory cp test failed,
because recipe enable main charger FET before cp test.
Disable ICO will also load PG=0 when force dpdm.

This reverts commit 4be6022443074c148904048f186372574c0cd90a.
