Subject: [PATCH] dt-bindings: soc: qcom: add bindings for QTI PBS devices

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. (QTI) Programmable Boot Sequence
(PBS) devices help triggering certain PBS on QTI PMICs when
available for APPS.
