BACKPORT: scsi: ufs: use ufshcd_vops_dbg_register_dump for vendor specific dumps

Browse source 
We already have ufshcd_vops_dbg_register_dump() thus all
"hba->vops->dbg_register_dump" references can be replaced by it.
