Subject: [PATCH] qcacld-3.0: Remove unused p_cds_context in "set mac acl"

__wlan_hdd_cfg80211_set_mac_acl() contains a local variable
p_cds_context that is written but never read, hence it is unused.
Therfore remove the variable.
