Subject: [PATCH] arm/dts: add "qcom,leica-used-i2c" for se7

Refer to (CR)
details:
  1."qcom,leica-used-i2c" is used for PMIC over i2c use case to skip the BW vote.
  2. We rm se8 and set it just for se7 to verify the LDO used by camera.
