arm64/dts: update EVT2 hwid configuration for ibiza project

Browse source 
update EVT2 hwid configuration for ibiza project according to
https://sites.google.com/motorola.com/runtime-product-ids-2018/sm4350

Because motorola bootloader don't have EVB version for SW, EVB for HW is EVT1 in SW,
EVT1 for HW is EVT2 in SW, etc.
