qcacld-3.0: Kbuild: Remove CONFIG_WLAN_RX_HASH

Change "qcacmn: Propagate config parameters to datapath" (Change-Id
Icbdc835a51a6fea87c06174e9fc63d5d007aec1d in qca-wifi-host-cmn)
removed the only reference to macro WLAN_RX_HASH, so remove the macro
along with the controlling config item.
