mmc: Kconfig: select DEVFREQ_GOV_SIMPLE_ONDEMAND with SDHCI_MSM

mmc_devfeq_clk_scaling structure uses devfreq_simple_ondemand_data
structure which gets enabled with CONFIG_DEVFREQ_GOV_SIMPLE_ONDEMAND.

Select DEVFREQ_GOV_SIMPLE_ONDEMAND with SDHCI_MSM.
