Disabling some Debug configs

Disabling CONFIG_SLUB_DEBUG_ON, CONFIG_DEBUG_MUTEXES,
CONFIG_DEBUG_SPINLOCK and CONFIG_DEBUG_SPINLOCK_PANIC_ON_BUG configs,
which are severily impacting on device's memory pressure.
