arm64/dts:update sx9375 paras for Rhodec

1、According to the requirements, the trigger threshold
under the iron plate is adjusted for each antenna
2. Adjust the parameters of the internal digital filter USefilter
3, adjust the scanning frequency, so that the bottom
noise of each antenna is as small as possible
