Subject: [PATCH] qcacld-3.0: Copy the sap channel list to acs cfg chan list

Copy the sap channel list that is obtained after filtering
the channel list from all the checks like SRD, DFS
to maintain the sync between the ACS module, and the sap
channel select logic.
