arm64: defconfig: Insert Adreno default governor in gki defconfig

Browse source 
CONFIG_QCOM_ADRENO_DEFAULT_GOVERNOR is getting inserted into qgki
defconfig by default on doing a make menuconfig. Clean it by
inserting into gki defconfig.
