UPSTREAM: ANDROID: fuse-bpf: Avoid reusing uint64_t for file

Browse source 
This moves the backing/fd files to their own space, instead of reusing
the userspace provided fds.

Test: fuse_test passes, on cuttlefish CtsCameraTestCases passes
