qcacld-3.0: Remove sme_is_sta_p2p_client_connected()

Browse source 
Change I8b1ead9902ec93e76f76144118392db38abd38d7 ("qcacld-3.0: Remove
hdd_issta_p2p_clientconnected()") removed the only caller of
sme_is_sta_p2p_client_connected(). Since the function is now unused,
remove it.
