defconfig: disable CONFIG_FORTIFY_SOURCE

Browse source 
The config CONFIG_FORTIFY_SOURCE is disabled in gki_defconfig
with 'commit 90d684876917 ("ANDROID: GKI: disable CONFIG_FORTIFY_SOURCE")'
so removing it.
