MAINTAINERS: Append missed file to the database

When gpiolib.h internal header had been split to few, the commit 77cb907abe
("gpiolib: acpi: Split ACPI stuff to gpiolib-acpi.h") in particular missed
the MAINTAINERS database update. Do it here.
