arm/dt: Decrease the dimming time of djn panel

Browse source 
Decrease the dimming time of din panel, avoid baclight flicker
when resume.
If dimming is long, when cabc enable, the pwm output of panel is
small, then user senses the brightness changes before and after cabc
enabled.
