ARM: dts: msm: increase L12C regulator max voltage for Lahaina

Browse source 
Increase the maximum allowed voltage for PM8350C LDO 12 (L12C).
This ensures that display panels on Lahaina MTPv2.1 boards
operate correctly where higher IR voltage drop is seen.
