Miami: Remove se10 from critical devices list

The camera-se2 is not added into the critical device list, then dead
lock happened. There is conflict between different critical devices
configs, then cause camera-se2 config not take effect. Remove se10 from
critical devices list, since it is not used for regulator controlling.
Keep only camera-se added into critical devices list, to fix dead lock issue.
