qcacmn: Add num freq, num nfdbr/dbm fields to WMI struct

Browse source 
wmi_host_pdev_nfcal_power_all_channels_event is updated to have
number of freq, nfdbr/nfdbm.
It is assumed that number of nfdbr & nfdbm are the same.
