LUR: Revert "UPSTREAM: mm: multi-gen LRU: thrashing prevention"
The LRU function is not compatible with GKI, causing GKI to fail to start, so revert. This reverts commit 6e3eMontana0d3ac358919e87e47e5c8f2c4d66a1526.
