defconfig: Disable the CONFIG_ARM_CPUILDE_PSCI for holi

Browse source 
for qgki, as we are using the lpm-levels driver for our core
and cluster lpms so disbaling the CONFIG_ARM_CPUILDE_PSCI for
holi in qgki config.
