qcacmn: Fix parse failure in qdf_bool_parse()

Browse source 
qdf_bool_parse() fails to advance the parsing cursor after consuming
valid characters. Advance the cursor after valid input in
qdf_bool_parse() to avoid failing to parse valid boolean expressions.
